Undergraduate Students:

Chemical and Biological students at Colorado State University receive a challenging and high quality education that prepares them for the workplace, for research, and for graduate study. Many of our students go on to study for advanced degrees in fields such as medicine and law, many go on to graduate school, and many more pursue careers in engineering.

Graduate Students:

The graduate program in the department of Chemical and Biological Engineering (CBE) offers students a broad range of cutting-edge research areas. Research areas are broken into five main categories: Polymer Science, Biological Engineering, Mathematical Modeling, Environmental Engineering and Transport Phemomena, and more information about each of these areas, and the faculty who work in these areas can be found on the Research pages. The department has a limited number of graduate research assistantships, and students on an assistantship also receive tuition support. Apply early, the application deadlines are January 15th for fall admission and September 15th for spring admission. More information about the graduate program
